Le Wan received a B.S. in 1982, an M.S. in 1992, and a Ph.D. in 2000 in
geophysics from the China University of Geosciences (CUG). He worked as vicechairman,
Department of Geophysics, CUG, Wuhan City, P.R. China, from 1993 to 1995,
and he was director of the Surveying Control Technology and Instrument Teaching
and Research Section from 1997 to 2000, when he joined CEMI. His professional experience
includes various EM methods: DC, MT, CSAMT, IP, SIP, NMR, as well
as mathematical methods: 1D Analytic, 2D and 3D finite-difference, finite-elements
modeling, and inversion.
